 For many years, Kuldeep offered yoga and meditation sessions to students, often free of charge, simply out of passion for helping others. These practices were not just exercises—they became a way to cultivate focus, calm, and emotional balance. “It was incredible to witness how people could transform their mindset and energy with just a few mindful practices,” he says.

Encouraged by these results, he gradually expanded his approach to incorporate NLP, allowing him to address deeper fears, limiting beliefs, and self-doubt in his clients. A major influence in Kuldeep’s life has been the Bhagavad Gita, whose teachings on discipline, purpose, and inner strength continue to guide his work.

Alongside his teacher and his sister, a psychologist, Kuldeep found the courage to leave a conventional government teaching job and pursue his calling full-time. “I realized that true fulfillment comes from helping others grow, not simply following a secure path,” he explains. Today, Kuldeep works with clients primarily in Rajsamand and Udaipur, helping them navigate academic pressures, career decisions, and personal challenges. His coaching sessions often begin with meditation and pranayama techniques, designed to calm the mind and create mental clarity.

From there, he uses NLP to guide clients through fear, self-doubt, and mental blocks, giving them practical tools to approach life with confidence and purpose. What sets Kuldeep apart is his ability to make clients feel heard and comfortable. “I strive to create a friendly and supportive environment where people feel safe to share their thoughts and challenges,” he says.
